Order Processing / Handling Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
  • Order cutoff time is 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Cost

  • Free standard shipping is available on all orders to all eligible destinations. No minimum order value is required.

Transit Time

  • After an order has been shipped, standard transit time is 6–9 business days for all destinations.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and external factors such as customs clearance.

Destinations

  • We ship to the United States and select international destinations.
  • Shipping options and availability may vary by location. Any restrictions will be shown at checkout when applicable.

International Orders

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We do not collect, pay, or refund these additional fees.

Carrier

  • We reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier for each order (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other reliable carriers).

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Address changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and any tracking information.
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Holiday & Peak Period Notice

  • Delivery times may be longer during major holidays or peak promotional periods. We recommend placing orders early when possible.
