Return Window

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery (the date the package arrives at your shipping address). Returns after 30 days are generally not accepted.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Eligibility and Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original new condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories (e.g., dust bags) must be intact.
  • Shoes may only be tried on a carpeted surface and must show no signs of wear.
  • Items must be returned exactly as received.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Intimate apparel, underwear, swimwear, and personal care items (unless defective).
  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Opened beauty/skincare/perfume products.
  • Gift cards, digital products, and Final Sale items.
  • Items without original packaging/tags or showing signs of use/washing.

We reserve the right to inspect returns and deny refunds if conditions are not met.

How to Initiate a Return

Email info@juggleral.com with your order number and reason. We will provide instructions and a return label if eligible. Return shipping is typically at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
